They are the market leaders within the Removals and Relocations Industry specialising in Household Goods, Global Mobility, Records Management, Fine Art Shipping and Logistics. Due to continued expansion they are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager in Paris, France. Fluent French and English are essential. Your key responsibilities will include development of new business across the breadth of Relocation and Household Goods services portfolios in the specific market. You will have client retention through the provision of agreements, which meet the needs of the client and the company. You will network within the Industry and business forums to expand sales opportunities and promote the company and its services. You will have continuous tracking of market trends and competitive environment, building long term relationships with target accounts based on a consultative sales approach. You will also co-operate with other divisions in the company to ensure that a full understanding of operational requirements is achieved and maintained. Actively anticipating, planning and managing sales processes for client acquisition and participating in allocation and execution of marketing activities. You will support Customer Services and Account management. Candidates will come from a sound business education and will possess 2 - 5 years of sales experience in a service Industry (Logistics, Travel Airlines etc.) and business to business environment. Experience within the relocations and moving industry is an obvious advantage. Applicants will demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, a successful track record of new wins and revenue development in previous roles. You will be a self-starter with abilities with the skills to penetrate relevant markets. You will creative an approach to analysing customer needs and developing focused business solutions. Experience in response preparation to RFI's and RFP's - and winning them.
